Welcome to 30secPosters.

30secPosters allows you to create personalised digital posters using your own photos.

By accessing or using 30secPosters, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who Can Use 30secPosters

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use this service.

By using 30secPosters, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Your Photos and Content

You are solely responsible for every photo, image, name, logo, design and piece of content that you upload or create using 30secPosters.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.
• You have permission from any person shown in the photo where required.
• You have obtained any necessary parental or guardian consent for images of minors.
• Your content does not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.
• Your content complies with all applicable laws.

30secPosters does not verify ownership or permission for uploaded content.

We do not host, display, or store your uploaded content beyond the immediate processing required to generate your poster.

Licence to Process Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant 30secPosters and its third-party processors a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to copy, process and modify your content solely for the purpose of generating your personalised poster and providing the service you requested.

This licence is strictly limited to the duration necessary for processing and ends immediately thereafter, except for any transient technical copies required by the processing service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use 30secPosters to create, upload or distribute content that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.

This includes content that is:

• Illegal
• Defamatory
• Threatening
• Harassing
• Hateful
• Sexually explicit
• Fraudulent
• Misleading
• Violent
• Infringing another person’s intellectual property
• Otherwise prohibited by applicable law

You are solely responsible for all content you create and distribute.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to 30secPosters immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the service unlawfully or abusively.

Termination does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose before termination.

Your Responsibility

30secPosters provides software for creating personalised posters.

You are solely responsible for:

• the content you upload;
• the posters you create;
• how those posters are used or shared;
• complying with all applicable laws.

You agree not to hold 30secPosters responsible for claims arising from your uploaded content or your use of the service.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 30secPosters, its owners, employees and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, legal costs or expenses arising from:

• your use of the service;
• your uploaded content;
• your breach of these Terms; or
• your infringement of another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights or other legal rights.

Photo Processing

30secPosters is a transient processing service. Your uploaded photos are used solely to generate your personalised poster, including via a third-party processing service, and are not stored on our systems.

Once processing has been completed, 30secPosters does not retain your uploaded photos or completed posters. Temporary copies may exist only for the duration of active processing by our third-party image processing provider before being automatically deleted in accordance with that provider’s applicable data retention practices.

You are responsible for downloading and safely storing your generated poster promptly after creation.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded content.

30secPosters retains ownership of:

• the software;
• poster templates;
• artwork;
• layouts;
• branding;
• logos;
• website;
• source code; and
• all associated intellectual property.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Payments

Access is provided for the period purchased.

There are no recurring subscriptions.

Purchased access is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or shared.

Refunds

Every purchase includes our 14-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting:

Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Availability

While we aim to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee that 30secPosters will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades or events beyond our reasonable control.

Generated Posters

Poster layouts are generated automatically using our software.

While we strive to produce high-quality results, we cannot guarantee that every generated poster will meet every customer’s personal expectations.

You are responsible for reviewing your poster before downloading or printing it.

No Hosting or Storage

30secPosters does not function as a storage or hosting service. We provide on-demand processing only.

Because 30secPosters is not a storage service, you are responsible for downloading and retaining your completed poster. Once generation has completed, we do not retain a copy that can be recovered or re-downloaded.

Service Availability

Because 30secPosters does not permanently store completed posters, you acknowledge that if generation is interrupted due to internet connectivity, browser closure, device failure or other technical issues before you download your completed poster, it may not be possible to recover that poster and it may need to be generated again.

Printing

30secPosters provides digital poster files.

Actual printed results may vary depending on the printer, paper, inks and print provider used.

We are not responsible for variations in print quality resulting from third-party printing services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

30secPosters is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 30secPosters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to 30secPosters for the purchase giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Force Majeure

30secPosters is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, cloud service failures, payment provider failures, natural disasters, government action or other unforeseen events.

Privacy

Your use of 30secPosters is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be published on our website together with the revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 30secPosters regarding your use of the service and replace any previous agreements or understandings relating to the service.
